It was gathered that the hoodlums invaded the residence of the cleric in Ufuma, Orumba North Local Government Area of Anambra State and abducted him after a midnight prayer session on Thursday.

According to a source in the community, the suspected kidnappers picked the cleric to an unknown destination.

The source said no contact has been established with the man.

The state police spokesman, Tochukwu Ikenga, did not confirm the incident as calls and text messages to his phone line for reaction, were not responded to as of the time of filing this report.
